Monopoint Ventures is an early-stage software development venture leading innovation in middleware solutions for laboratories, LIMS, CROs, and CDMOs. We and our partners are dedicated to delivering intuitive, compliant, technology-forward solutions that eliminate real-world pain points in laboratory operations.

We look to provide the platform from which real insight can be gained by sweeping away obsolete work habits and letting technology actually leverage our mission instead of getting in the way.
The laboratory automation market is at an inflection point. AI is transforming every industry, but regulated laboratories need AI they can trust. AI that is constrained, auditable, private, and compliant. That is what we build.
What We Do
We partner with LIMS and ELN providers, CROs, automation providers, CDMOs, and directly with laboratories to develop scalable middleware that maximizes interoperability, runtime efficiency, and data capture. Our solutions run on-premises or from the cloud, and support demanding regulatory requirements including GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and GDPR.
Our first product, Virgil, is an AI-assisted laboratory workflow authoring platform. Virgil’s patent-pending technology sits at the intersection of AI, regulatory compliance, and cross-platform portability, a combination no other solution provides.
We bring together deep scientific domain experience with enterprise-grade software engineering to build products that scientists and automation engineers can actually use without needing to understand the systems underneath.

Over three decades of experience in enterprise software architecture, management consulting, and life sciences digital transformation. Most recently Global Leader of Innovation Delivery at Revvity (formerly PerkinElmer), building platforms for scientists in Diagnostics, Life Sciences, Genomics and Drug Discovery. Previously President of Kaaterskil Management for 24 years. Inventor on Monopoint's pending U.S. patent application.
